you say you're worried about me
and how i'll live on without you
well, don't worry about me
you should be worrying about you
you say you're worried about me
living out here on my own
well, save your time and save your worry
because i'll be worrying about you

(This is not a full poem, but a piece of a longer poem from my book, a poem called A PRAYER. This is the section that has to do with "worry." As far as Memorable Monday poem type, this would be a blank verse...)
I am glad you found the love of your life by the way
Well then - thank you. I'm a busy man (6 sons ranging in ages from 39 y/o to almost 5 y/o). It explains a lot, no? I will try to make it next Monday. About "Of What Place" - I found "real" love much later in life than I had originally intended. It was an easy write for me. Meant each word. Damn near died trying to find it. Still, glad I made the trip. Thanks again for the kind words.
I mean it sincerely and I hate it that we missed you yesterday at memorable Monday and I hope that I see you next week Monday 3:30 PM to 5 PM Mountain standard time right here at the realistic poetry website looking forward to it and thank you again for sharing! I am humbled
You're very kind Samantha. I think it's more that I've been around for a while (63 y/o) and lived through a lot during those years, than it is "talent", but I appreciate you saying that anyway. Humbling.
Wow you are super talented that is an incredible poem
