I feel trapped like a cat within a cage

I’ve tried to break free and ended up in a rage

I need help though I know not of where to look

My life has become a secret locked within a book

A light came to my aid and set me free

Now the cage is open, the book unlocked and I can see

I can see past the rage within my head

Now I am free once again and not bound to you instead
