These hands have seen the world for many years,

These hands have held many children and wiped many tears.

These hands are special. A granddaughter now holding them tight,

Wishing just to hold on a little longer, praying everything will be alright.

These hands will be remembered, as the families heart and soul,

Worth so much more than a rainbows pot of gold.

A lot of love shapes these hands, a lot of memories hold true.
