Awaiting the feast midnight roam,
Travels of ill leaving their homes.
Come my lovelies stay for a while,
Gather your trials, tribulations, just smile.
Challenging we wonder, we worry we wait,
Destiny’s to unravel shadows capture fate.
Aye but blow the steady winds a rush of madness,
They await the tears, heartache and sadness.
Screams of anger, darkness and despair,
Icy fingers reach from everywhere.
For you my lovelies I should ease your breath,
And slip ye peaceful in the place called death.
The death birds gather such wisdom in their eyes,
Sharp talons striking the dead where they lie.
A steady murmur voices with unknown tongue,
Together forever as they steal breath from the lungs.
Lay my heart beneath the feet of life,
Stomp it fiercely stab it with a thunderous knife.
Release the beat that flows this body aged,
And close the final chapter the final page.
