Dream Soulmates.
A stranger sat at her table, claiming to be her soulmate in a dream. I saw it in a low-budget movie, just about 1943;
She walked into a cafe, never averting her gaze, swaying her hips from left to right.
Never bothering to be seated, she just sauntered straight ahead, never asking for advice.
At the table, she sat there watching.
She had never felt this way before. Staring at the woman walking towards her, she felt emotions she could not control.
The woman sat down, dressed in a red and blue gown shimmering like the rain; she reached across, took her hand, and said, "Let me tell you why I came."
The woman at the table was surprised as she looked into her eyes, a sparkling Irish green; she never bothered for explanations; she just sat there in a daze.
As they held hands, never unlocking, both lost in each other's gaze, she said;
"I saw you walking last night under a bright street light, just walking in the rain.
I wanted to stop you and ask directions, but I was terribly afraid.
So when I saw you tonight walking into the Cafe Delight, I just had to come in and ask you your name.
You see, I think we need to be together like two Soulmates in a dream."
