Lost Visions
Visions through the window, a journey to my past,
Tumbling thoughts, emerging way to fast.
Darkness creeps, only lonely shadows I see,
Ancient as time, the forbidden mystery of me.
I should not wonder the ills that befall,
The agonizing structure of my hearts walls.
I built them well, no cracks in the seam,
But still, this stranger invades my dreams.
On silent hinges the window will close,
I feel the dust as it tickles my nose.
Forever alone this silence that I speak of,
Unsure of the will to find my souls love.
