The greatest of altruists, a man of heart,
He tried to secure a place, in his paradise lost.
Unlike Milton’s paradise, his own was
full of velvet ignorance, unwilling vice—
of victimized love, or ignored crimes,
of his own loss, but in the old times;
Whatever it was, it was his oasis,
his poems, carrying various faces!
