Depression doesn't have to live forever
It does not have to devour the mind and soul
It does not have to restrict the doings of man
But it will if you allow it
It does not need to be cured with a stimulant suggested by the mind of man
It does not have to be the product to which man feed upon creating more soul discomfort and mind disruption
It does not have to be within you
It needs to be cured
It needs to be destroyed with the presence of self respect and self esteem, with ambition and desire, with confidence and love, with endurance and peace in mind
Be extracted from the spirit of sadness, loneliness, anger, frustration, hatred, no esteem, and no confidence
And be expunged into the life of peace, love, tranquility, happiness, &joy
Bring yourself out
Be your own hero
Be your own stimulant
Be happy
You can do it
Believe & live every moment as if it were the last time you'll see happiness
