Thank you, Samantha. I loved yours. We all had different views, yet they all turned out to be amazing
Absolutely lovely Cynthia
Wow. Such amazing talent. All of y'all have done an amazing job.
Of my eyes I strain to see,
A mirror image looking back at me.
The colors blend softly ease the light,
So shelter the disease return my sight.
Visions taunt me haunt not anymore,
Shades of blue I have never seen before.
The greens of grass my eyes quickly fail,
Tendrils of black through the eyelashes sail.
Blind from color my world is a dull gray,
Searching for beauty in a world gone astray.
If perchance a brightness I can see,
What a wonderful day that would truly be.

Wow that's beautiful, Collin
"The Truth of You"
Whether green
Or blushing blue
Your eyes reveal
The truth of you
Neither tears
Nor paint disguise
Can ever hide
What's in the eyes
And while life
May take its toll
Eyes reflect
Your very soul.
Amazing poems all of them!!!

Painted Eye
Staring out into an artificial world
Where it all seems painted up.
But the truth which lies beyond
The realities Beneath this painted
Eye.
Like glass it shattered upon hearing
Any thruths while walking in life.
But The truth which lies beyond The
Realities beneath this painted eye.
Standing still, yet calm. For i held
Everything life had to give in my
Palm. My fingers stretched out then
Closed with a gripping wrist but the
Thruth which lies beyond the realities
Beneath this painted eye.
Wow Samantha and Gil both really great poems
Eyes the portal to your soul
She knocks gently on the door
Hoping that she'll see what the minds eye has in store
What it beholds for her today, when she finally goes out to play
The Rise of Women
Women rising, hear the call
As women speak up and paint a picture of women’s plight
Through your eyes see the color of blue, a rising tide
That grows every day, as women stand for what is right
The truth of the fight, for equal rights
