Autumn Night Symphony
They brave the autumn night symphony like soldiers.
In packs
In solitude
Hiding.
Drifting to wherever it is,
To whatever vast land they will come to dance over
Silently singing, boundless and defiant.
It seems they never really rest.
Warriors, everlastingly drifting
Accidentally passing time as the currents of wind,
In their inconstant, gentle rocking back and forth,
Afford them not a home.
Inescapably lost and resplendent in their amputated foundation
Glorified by their lover,
The Sky.
The last forever eternal
Stars.
