@c.z. Luna This poem is so fun and creative! And you did a wonderful job at highlighting just special these gold shoes really are! Love the spirit and rhyme in this poem, not to mention the awesome picture you included! Thank you so much for sharing this in the community. Great read!
Walk in my shoes
Spread cheer not abuse
Clench your toes
In a golden pose
And be keen to compose
A life of love for all you meet
Never spread hate or defeat

Everyone knows Dorothy's story
A farm girl, not seeking glory,
Who ended up in a house that crushed a witch
For this accident of nature she was enriched
By three friends of straw and tin and fur.
A drugdose of flying monkeys captured her
And continuing this thread,
She accidentally soaked the witch's sister:
You guessed it: Ding Dong!
Another wicked witch is dead.
But few know about another kid
Who caught another tornado Uber ride
Where he helped another kingdom
To sappily, happily abide.
But because of scope of this tale I can't release
It would require fifty volumes (At a cheap $9.99 each)
But here’s teaser to give you peace.

He ended up in a castle with his pals,
Three souls of soup and wood and rock;
A wizard to help him home
Gave him golden shoes whose heels he had to knock
Three times together
Waking to a plate of brownies, the munchies
But no more stormy weather.
The feet in these shoes have grown with age
knowing what's in the past, you turn the page
as life seems to get so cold
but nothing will ever touch or make to fade my hoes of gold
New?
from you?
wow who knew?
Walking on a cloud
Some consider my footwear to be... loud?
But how?
They’re so Now
Custom made with love
fit beautifully; like a glove
A Mississippi Moon
now skipping like a poet’s stone
knowing I’ll never again be alone
Finally Zapatos de vestir
they match
... my toenail polish
It’s good to be alive today
